Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Will proudly served as an Infantry Ranger in the United States Army, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and resilience that continue to shape his professional approach today. Following his military service, he transitioned into healthcare and quickly established himself as a results-driven leader with a passion for organizational growth and operational excellence.

With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the home health industry, Will has built a reputation for his tenacity, strategic mindset, and business acumen. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organizations through periods of significant expansion by scaling operations, optimizing performance, and aligning departments around shared strategic objectives. His expertise spans operational management, financial performance, business development, and organizational transformation.

With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he has established a proven track record of driving organizational growth, enhancing patient outcomes, and improving operational performance.

Throughout his career, Richard has served in executive leadership and ownership roles with respected home care organizations, where he successfully led strategic initiatives focused on expansion, operational excellence, and quality improvement. He is recognized for his visionary leadership, innovative approach to healthcare delivery, and unwavering commitment to helping seniors and individuals maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

Jim Drawdy, BSN, RN

Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer oversees all clinical operations for the agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth.

A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he served as an Infantry Squad Leader and Designated Marksman, completing two combat deployments to Afghanistan. Following his military service, he pursued a career in healthcare, earning his nursing degree and becoming a Registered Nurse.

With more than 11 years of clinical leadership experience, he has served in senior operational roles overseeing clinical programs, patient outcomes, utilization management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented strategic initiatives that improve clinical outcomes through process stabilization, operational efficiency, and leadership development, creating long-term and sustainable success for the organizations he has served.

He has consistently demonstrated the ability to manage periods of significant growth while enhancing the quality of care delivered by his clinical teams. His expertise in utilization management, resource optimization, and operational leadership has played a key role in controlling costs, improving financial performance, and increasing organizational margins.
